Method #1
The Nose Manual is simply doing a Manual on the front two wheels instad of the back two!
Step 1: Place your front foot on the nose of the board, and your back foot on the tail of the board
Step 2: Lightly push down on the nose causing the back two wheels to come off the ground.
Step 3: Now, to keep your balance, I would stay leaning back a little bit so you don't fly forward. And when you start falling back put more weight on your front foot, and if you start falling forward...well do anything you can to stop your nose from hitting the ground or you go flying...and that sux!
Step 4: To stop the manual...just lean back and ride away
Method #2
1. Start riding at a good speed and place your front foot on the
nose of the board.
2. Place your back foot just over the back truck
bolts.
3. Press down on the nose, but not so hard that it
touches the ground. (just enough to bring the back wheels off the
ground!)
4. Balance yourself while riding in that pose.
5. When you can't hold it any longer set the back truck down and ride away!
