How to do a Varial Flip
|
Method #1 The Kick-Flip Varial is a mixture between the Shovit and the Kick-Flip. All it is, is a kick-flip where the board spin 180 degrees. NOTE: You do not spin with the board. Step 1: Put your feet like you're doing a Kick-Flip. Step 2: Then pop the tail of the board. Step 3: Now when the board pops up, start to spin the board like you would when you do a Shovit. Then at the same time, slide your foot up the board and then kick it out! That will cause the board to spin and flip at the same time! When the board is spinning underneath you, you must watch it to see where it is going. Once you find that out, you must jump towards it. You most likely will not land this that often at first, because you need to learn where you need to jump. Step 4: When the board is finished spinning and the grip tape comes back around land it.
